Pre-Register
Before you are verified, you are to Pre-Register as a tutor; then afterwards, you are to undergo three level of screenings, which includes: An interview, an exam and a national/international identity validation before you approved to begin lectures.

Nursery
Children in KG1 and KG2, between the ages of one year to 4 years can also have a lesson teacher. The only exclusions is they must be on ground sessions. Online sessions can only happen when parents approve or they are not around.

What are your payments method?
Users are to pay directly to the platform and the platform pays the tutors when due. Every other payment method apart from this is disallowed.

If I am not satisfied with my current tutor, how do I lay a complain?
Your tutors are rated and graded by you, so if you find any reason to terminate their services, you are to contact us, then we will either suspend the tutor ot terminate the contract.
